Pakistan an Islamic country. It is the fifth-biggest populous country in the world. It is on the sixth number for standing armed forces.

Pakistan was considered a big terrorist country and this concept came into existence in 2000 and was on its peak in 2019. So, Pakistan Military has started to work on terrorism to control all these activities related to terrorism. Pakistan’s military has many offensive steps against terrorist groups in FATA (Federal Administered Tribal Areas). Many terrorists belong to Afghanistan. Pakistan always accuses India and Afghanistan of terrorism in Pakistan. But India rejects these allegations but Afghanistan accepts it. In terrorism shootings, suicide bombs, firing, bombs attacks are included. These terrorist activities are performed in gatherings, afternoon prayers, restaurants, educational institutes.

In 2014, a big terrorist attack was made in Army Public School Peshawar. Six gunmen entered School and killed about 149 including 132 students of that institute.

MEASURES TO CONTROL TERRORISM

The Pakistan law and enforcement agencies were trying hard to convert the concept of terrorism to tourism. In this regard, PAK army have conducted various operations to transform Pakistan from terrorism to tourism. Below is the list of military operations that kill terrorism.

  • Operation Al-Mizan (2002-2006)
  • Operation Sher DIL (2007-2009)
  • Operation Rah-e-Haq (2007-2009)
  • Operation Rah-e-Rast (2007-2009)
  • Operation Zalzala (2008)
  • Operation Rah-e-Nijat (2009-2010)
  • Operation Zarb-e-Azb (2014-2016)
  • Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad (2017-Present)

They worked a lot for this and still working on it. In 2017, terrorism is declined by up to 89%. So, now tourists have started to come to Pakistan with the confidence in safety and security. Even the players, who always feel threatened to come to Pakistan are now started to come here again in the Biggest Sports Event PSL V 2020 which is completely conducted in Pakistan. Pakistan is a very beautiful country. It has natural beauty. It has many more places for tourists to enjoy.

Now Pakistan is trying to get peak due to its God Gifted resources by applying security measures. It wants to become a fearless place for tourists as it has many more places, mosques, mines, landscapes, valleys, mountains, etc. to visit.

Beautiful Lakes

Pakistan is a very beautiful country due to many things, but Most important are lakes.

If someone wants to amaze to see the true beauty of nature, he must visit Pakistan. Pakistan is a very beautiful country due to many things. Most important is lakes. One of the splendid lakes is SAIF-UL-MALOOK LAKE. Its name is written on the romantic story of a Persian prince and a fairy. It is present in Kaghan valley. It’s a blessing. Special to see in spring.

Another lake is LULU SAR LAKE. It is situated near Mansehra. Many tourists and birds came from Lulusar here every year, Lulusar lake is a combination of valleys and mountains. This lake has very clean water. So that this water has a very beautiful reflection of icy mountains.

The third beautiful lake is Dudhipatsar lake. Its name is on its milky type clean water. The tourists make their resting tent here to enjoy. To reach here is a very difficult task but tourists want to enjoy this marvelous sight that’s why they reach here.

4th one lake it’s Payee Lake. It is situated near Shogran. This is a very beautiful place undoubtedly. Next is Shandur Lake. It is so nice place and has a rare type of bird. The distinction of this lake is it has unseen water exit. The water feels in static form but according to specialists view it passes through inner passage.

Kachori Lake is a clean water lake. It has sweet water. Satpara Lake is another beautiful lake. Satpara means Seven Doors. There are a lot of lakes in Pakistan to see.

Valleys Like “Heaven on Earth

Best place to visit “Heaven on earth” Hunza Valley

Ziarat is also a very nice place. It is famous for its weather and beautiful view. Beautiful valleys and waterfalls describe that nature is beautiful. There are a lot of hotels in Ziarat to stay there and can enjoy here. Shandur pass present in between Chitral and Gilgit. Every year one fair is conducted here in summer named as polo festival. Due to the rich culture and traditions of Gilgit Baltistan, many tourists came to enjoy the local festivals.

Murree is also a very pleasant place to enjoy. There are a lot of mountains and greenery over here. Many hotels are also here to stay tourists. A location named Kashmir point is a very pleasant view to see and feel pleasure, besides it, Nathia Gali and Ayubia are also interesting points to enjoy. Hunza Valley present in Gilgit Baltistan. Valley Neelam is also very nice to see. Its beauty is due to the Neelam River. On both sides of the river, green forests are present

Karakoram Highway

Karakoram Highway is a very important and elegant thing to see. It’s a long passage. By this passage, the barter system was applied. At that team is was a rough way but now it’s a roadway developed with the help of China. Pakistani 15000 and 9500 Chinese workers and specialists were working for its construction.  It includes24 big bridges,70 small bridges, and 1708 water passages.

BEAUTIFUL MOSQUES

Faisal Mosque situated in Islamabad.

Badshahi mosque is a very splendid mosque situated in Lahore, Pakistan. It is constructed by king Aurangzeb. It is constructed by precious stones n in the Center of Lahore.it has a vast courtyard about 100000 persons can offer prayer at a time here. Its floor is made with precious stones. There is a pool for ablution in the courtyard. The floor of which remains cold during summer. Minar e Pakistan is also present near it. Faisal Mosque situated in Islamabad. It’s a very beautiful mosque. Tourists came to see this mosque as its design is v appreciable.

Pakistan Monument

Pakistan Monument is situated in Shakarparian, Islamabad. It was inaugurated by Pervaiz Musharaf. Its shape is like a flower which has seven petals. 4 are big and three are small. 4 big petals show 4 cultures which are Punjabi, Sindhi, Balochi and Pakhtun and the small petals show minorities which are Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir. The center of the flower is made up of black granite. It is in the memory of the people who sacrificed their lives for Pakistan. It’s a symbol of Pakistan Unity. On one side 4 pillars are made on which Moto of Pakistan is written which is Emaan (Faith), Ittihad (Unity), Nazmozabt (Discipline).

Khewra Salt Mine

Khewra Salt Mine in the 2nd largest mine of salt. This salt mine has too much salt. it is situated in Jehlum. Most people are engaged in salt businesses here.  This is a beautiful place to visit.

K2

K2 is the 2nd tallest mountain in the world and present in Pakistan. Its height is 8611 meters. K2 is very difficult to climb because of the weather over there. The highest mountains are 14 out of which 5 are present in Pakistan.

Kartarpur Corridor

Gurdwara Sahib Kartarpur Guru Nanak Ji

Gurdwara Darbar Sahib is located in Kartarpur, Pakistan. It is officially opened for Sikh pilgrims from India to visit with any visa. The Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Imran Khan greeted the Sikh community himself on the inauguration day 9 November 2019. This is a tremendous step to boost religious tourism in Pakistan.
