Captain Hassan Musahib was born on 3 May 1989 in Conor, Tehsil Kahuta, District Rawalpindi.
He joined the Pak Army’s 23 Baloch Regiment with 116 PMA Long Course Saad Company.
Captain Hassan Javaid’s company was entrusted with the task of capturing and controlling the strategically significant height of Muhammadi Top in Kurram Agency on the night of May 30th-31st, 2013.
Captain Hassan volunteered himself for a difficult outlook, scaled the mountainous terrain over 11 hours with a combat load of about 30kg and, surprisingly, reached the target area in a short time. Pride of Pakistan & ISI “Usama Lashari”
He guided his young men from the front, with the other two companies approaching from left and front, withdrew due to the fierce attack by the enemy. He made contact with the terrorists and fought for 1 hour 15 minutes. To provide relief to the pinned down companies, it turned the terrorists’ fire into their own.
He was shot in the face and embraced martyrdom during the fierce battle

The name of Mohammedi Top has been replaced as “Captain Hassan Top” under which a tribute is given to Captain Hassan Musahib Javaid Shaheed, Sitara-e-Basalt.
Captain Hassan Musahib Javaid, star Basalt, accepted the testimony 6 years ago at the age of 25. He also wrote a letter to his elder sister 15 hours before his martyrdom.
