Muhammad Rashid Naseem Wins the Guinness World Record for Walnut Cracking Head to Head.
Muhammad Rashid from Pakistan defeated S. Navin Kumar from India by cracking many walnuts by the head in a minute. Rashid cracked 254 walnuts whereas, Kumar cracked 239. Rashid now holds the Guinness World Record for cracking the most walnuts head to head in a minute. Previously too, the renowned martial artist cracked 256 walnuts with his elbow within 60 seconds and 247 walnuts with his head in 2018. Rashid has now broken India’s previously held Navin Kumar’s record in November 2017.

Earlier, Rashid snatched Guinness World Record from another arch-rival India, crushing 256 walnuts with the elbow in one minute.

In 2017, Rashid in another world record pulverized 77 cans in just 60 seconds at an event organized by Associazione Cons.erva in Gemona, Italy.
In the same year, he also set a new world record by smashing 43 coconuts with his head in just 60 seconds. Muhammad Rashid Naseem has set a total of 60 individual world records and 15 along with his team ‘Pakistan Academy of Martial Arts‘ which became the only academy in the world which has set 75 worlds.
With this, the martial artist now has 45 world records to his name. Whereas, Pakistan Academy of Martial Arts has now reached 59.
Rashid’s latest accolade has won the nation over. Many people on social media have come forward and congratulated the martial artist for his win as well as representing Pakistan on international platforms.
Others have congratulated both competitors for their spirit and performance.
Rashid, founder, and president of Pakistan Academy of Martial Arts said that Naveen had previously broken his record of cracking 180 walnuts by breaking 217 walnuts in under a minute. Rashid says he attempted to break the record and holds that he managed to crack 240 walnuts with his head.
After Rashid’s second attempt, Guinness World Record organizers brought both Naveen and Rashid face to face to make an attempt for the record at an Italian TV show, Lo Show Dei Record.
“I had only seven days to prepare for the attempt,” Rashid told. “It was just an amazing experience,” he added. “I want to say that do what you can under your capacity to make the country proud. It doesn’t matter what sport or field you are representing, just do you best for Pakistan.”
Rashid now holds 61 world records under his name in the Guinness Book of World Records. He also has several other videos of his attempts uploaded on his YouTube page. Rashid first received recognition in 2013 for breaking the record of removing the most bottle caps in under a minute by using only your head.
